Abstract

吉西他滨是一种新型抗嘧啶核苷酸代谢化疗药物,近年来已在晚期膀胱癌的化疗中被大量应用,吉西他滨联合顺铂(GC)化疗方案已经取代传统的标准化疗(MVAC)方案,成为晚期膀胱癌新的标准化疗方案.现综述近年来吉西他滨在晚期膀胱癌化疗中的应用。
