Abstract

Summary Cooperation as a central concept in the context of systemic working In this paper thoughts are drafted concerning why in the context of systemic working cooperation is such a central concept. For this we clarify in which way the significance of cooperation as a key concept is derived from systems epistemology (constructivism, systems theory). We also report some empirical findings regarding the importance of cooperation in youth welfare. Closing we formulate some thoughts in an opposite direction in terms of »good reasons« for professional uncooperative behavior. We also provide a practical exercise for this.
