Abstract
The goal of the current study is to design a chronomodulated medicine delivery system for nocturnal acid situations. This strategy is based on a combination of floating and pulsatile principles. With this idea in mind, a floating-pulsatile drug delivery system of lafutidine was created to lengthen the time the dosage form, which has a lag phase followed by a burst release of the drug, stays in the stomach.
