Abstract
An mannlichen Ratten wurden nach 2 h Pylorusligatur Magensaftmenge, Volumen/100 g Korpergewicht, pH, Aziditat, gesamte Aziditat und Saureproduktion bestimmt und als Funktion von ICI-50123 studiert. Eine maximale Stimulation erfolgte bei einer Dosierung von 1000.0 g/kg s.c. Eine Abnahme der Saureproduktion zeigte sich bei supramaximaler Dosis.
