Abstract

1. 1. A study of sixty-two cases of gastric resection for duodenal ulcer has been presented. 2. 2. A follow-up study of these cases, with regard to gastric analysis and case fatality, is given. 3. 3. Some facts as to technical difficulties encountered and evidence of complications in this series are presented. 4. 4. There were two cases of gastrojejunal ulcer, following the resection in this group, representing an incidence of 3.2 per cent.
