Abstract
1 临床资料患者女,45岁.因间断腹上区隐痛不适2个月于2012年4月5日入院.患者无恶心、呕吐,饮食、大小便正常.患者既往健康,无手术外伤史、消化性溃疡及胰腺炎病史.体格检查:患者一般状况良好,皮肤、巩膜无黄染,左锁骨上未扪及肿大淋巴结;腹软,腹上区偏左深压痛,肠鸣音正常.实验室检查:血、尿常规,生化检查、CEA、CA19-9检测结果均正常.胰腺增强CT检查:胰体尾部上方包块大小约为7.2 cm×3.0 cm,边界光滑,增强扫描未见明显强化(图1). 关键词：胃体重复畸形;诊断;治疗
