Abstract
Abstract Gas-liquid chromatography has been used to quantitatively determine menadione (vitamin K3) in pharmaceuticals, using a 1% neopentyl glycol succinate column and a hydrogen flame detector. The gas chromatographic measurements compare favorably with results by the National Formulary methods on the same samples.
