Abstract
In view of a possible application for the chemical vapor deposition of the equilibriahave been investigated by entrainment, quenching, and chemical transport experiments. The results were: for , , ; for , . At 550°C and the apparent vapor pressure of is , and at 550°C and it is approximately as compared with at 950°C for alone. The higher stability of against corresponds with stability trends observed in other metal chloride gaseous complexes.
