Abstract

Several investigations have been performed to quantitate tricresyl phosphate isomers in spiked blood samples. Recovery of 80 % was achieved by extraction withn-hexane containing internal standard. Separation on a DB-17 capillary column and detection with a nitrogen-phosphorus detector enabled detection limits of 10 µg L−1.
