Abstract
目的 使用芳香胺对生物样品中的氟乙酸(钠)进行衍生萃取.方法SE-54毛细管气相色谱法分离,氢焰离子化检测器(FID)检测.结果氟乙酰胺保留时间(Rt)=2.498 min,氟乙酸衍生物Rt=8.813 min,N,N-二环己烷碳酸亚胺Rt=7.353 min,最小检出限2.0μg/ml,回收率平均82.25%.结论该方法能够较好的分离和分析生物检材中的氟乙酸钠。
