Abstract

A high frequency generator was constructed, which had a power of 300 W in the regions 120-150 MC and 5-15 MC, using two triode tubes T-311, and a gas analysis by means of high frequency electrodeless discharge was tried.Interference of gases which was emitted from discharge tube and glasswalls were eliminated, using socalled flow system.Excitation conditions as consequence of the pressure variation (10-0.1 mmHg) in the discharge tube and the variation of the frequency of the generator, were studied. Results applied to the analysis of impurities H2 and N2 in Argon gases was reported.
