Abstract

The article describes two phenomena that are widespread in the conventional economy, some of them are legal in non-Islamic countries, and some are illegal even in them, but both phenomena are prohibited in the Islamic financial model, which is based on the moral postulates of Islam. The article shows the economic and social meaning of these religious restrictions. В статье описываются два явления, которые широко распространены в обычной экономике, часть из них законна в неисламских странах, а часть противозаконна даже в них, но оба явления запрещены в исламской финансовой модели, которая базируется на моральных постулатах ислама. В статье показан экономический и социальный смысл этих религиозных ограничений.
