Abstract

Introduction: In spite of Gamma-Knife® radiosurgery (GKRS) being a well-established treatment modality for acoustic neuromas with a high reported success rate (> 90%) and a low incidence of cranial nerve complications, little is known about the role of GKRS in the management of other cranial nerve schwannomas. We have therefore compared our limited personal experience to the published results in the literature.
