Abstract

Resonances in 50Ti(p, p'γ) at E p = 3.598 and 3.614 MeV are assigned Jπ of 5/2 − and 3/2 − and interpreted as analogues of 51Ti levels at E x = 2.136 and 2.189MeV respectively. Spectroscopic factors, and in the case of the E p = 3.598 MeV resonance, which is also observed in 50Ti(p, γ) 51V, γ-ray widths and branching ratios have been deduced. Resonances in 50Ti(p, p'γ) at E p = 2.848 and 2.983MeV are assigned J π of 7/2 − and 5/2 − the analogues of 51Ti levels at E p = 1.43 and 1.58 MeV respectively.
