Abstract

Under the background of information era, booming e-commerce brings about surging package deliveries, and thus urges the express delivery service to speed up and upgrade. However, the distribution problem of last one hundred meters remains the primary reason for restricting the development of express delivery industry. Property logistics is a new type of terminal logistics based on the sharing economy model, and is carried out in collaboration between the property management company and the express company. The establishment of a good property logistics mode has many benefits. It can help cope with the issue of the endpoint distribution, pool the terminal logistics resources to solve the distribution problem of last one hundred meters, expand the scope of property services to diversify the income channels, improve the quality of property service and enhance the core competitiveness, and improve online-shopping customer satisfaction with the express company and the property management company at the delivery address. In search of the best cooperative mode of property logistics, this paper uses game theory to analyze the cooperation strategy between the property management company and the logistics company. It is concluded that on the premise that both parties are willing to establish the property logistics mode, each party should conduct an investigation into its partner's credibility, operating status, customer relationship, profitability, profit space, and etc. prior to signing the contract. Only the selection of a partner with good credibility and operating status can help it make the decision that's best for its own and contribute to establish a favorable property logistics mode.
