Abstract

Green real estate is the future development trend of the real estate, so Real estate enterprise green marketing will gradually become the main marketing mode. Real estate enterprise green marketing is a new marketing concept and mode which focuses on health and environmental protection. Real estate green marketing mainly involves three gamers, namely, real estate enterprise, consumer and government. In this paper, there will be three game analyses between enterprise and enterprise, enterprise and consumer and enterprise and government based on game theory, getting three game analysis results, in order to find out how to carry out green marketing successfully for real estate enterprise. Put forward three suggestions for real estate, consumer and government in the real estate enterprise green marketing
