Abstract

The Concept of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) implemented by the Provincial Government of Bali aims to make the community actively participate in organizing health efforts so that the community is expected to implement Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS). Public health is closely related to behavior and the environment. Almost 90 percent of diseases categorized as non-communicable diseases (PTM) can actually be prevented by carrying out clean and healthy living behaviors. Purpose: To find a picture of clean and healthy living behavior in the household order in Kedis Village, Buleleng Regency in 2020. Method: This research type is descriptive by describing the behavior of Clean and Healthy Living (PHBS) in the Household Order in Kedis Village, Buleleng Regency. The study population was all families residing in Kedis Village, Buleleng Regency. Sampling was done by total sampling with a total of 132 families. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with ten questions related to PHBS indicators in the household setting. Results: Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) in Kedis Village, Buleleng Regency was above the target of the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Strategic Plan of 86.21%. There are two PHBS indicators whose values are below the Ministry of Health's strategic plan, namely washing hands with clean water and soap (37.12%) and not smoking in the house (35.61%). Conclusion : Stakeholder involvement in socializing PHBS behavior greatly influences community participation in conducting PHBS. Efforts to Prevent Non-Communicable Diseases must be carried out by involving community participation in implementing PHBS in the household setting
