Abstract
AbstractA galvanic cell is a type of electrochemical cell in which a redox reaction takes place that results in the generation of electrical energy. This type of cell is present in a large part of the main research on self-powered devices for biomedical applications. Within this type of applications, there are two types of galvanic cells: batteries and fuel cells.
