Abstract

Introduction: Gallbladder Cancer (GBC) is a rare yet serious condition that often presents diagnostic challenges due to its nonspecific symptoms, which are similar to other biliary disorders. Advanced stages of GBC can lead to rare complications like Cholecystoenteric Fistulas (CEF) or Bouveret Syndrome, where a gallstone migrates and causes Gastric Outlet Obstruction (GOO). We present a case of a woman who presented with symptoms of GOO but later led to the unexpected discovery of GBC.
