Gain insight into the intersection of F‐1 visas with NIL for international student‐athletes

Abstract

Under federal immigration law, international student‐athletes can enter the United States on an F‐1 visa if they're enrolled full‐time at an accredited college or university. These same laws do, however, limit the ability of these student‐athletes to work and earn an income while enrolled.
