Abstract
Millimeter-wave (MMW) frequency bands possessing of high date rate capability makes them strong candidates for future 5G networks. Due to the high path loss at millimeter-wave frequency bands, high-gain MMW antennas are indispensable for future wireless communications. How to improve antenna gain is still a challenging issue. This paper presents a few of methods to improve the gain and their antenna examples are given.
