Abstract
Most college athletics administrators would appreciate some extra guidance on how to best apply the NCAA's Division I interpretations philosophy. And that's why a panel convened to offer such guidance at the annual convention of the National Association for Athletics Compliance. The panel included Aaron Aaker, Associate Athletics Director of Compliance and Strategic Planning at Boston University; Marra Hvozdovic, Director of Compliance for the Atlantic Coast Conference; and Jen Vining‐Smith, Senior Associate AD for Compliance and Governance/SWA at the University of Delaware.
