Abstract
The author was invited to a woman in labor, 26 years old, who had given birth safely 4 times before. Now her childbirth lasted unsuccessfully for 3 days. She was found by the author in a state of extreme decay, very anemic. External examination determined the presence in the abdomen of two tumors of unequal size. An inaccurate history and lack of fetal heartbeat made the author doubt the presence of pregnancy.

Summary
При извлеченіи за ножку оказалось, что мясистая перекладина, идущая отъ передней влагалищной стѣнкѣ къ задней, попала въ ягодично бедренную складку плода и мѣшала извлеченію туловища. Ее удалось смѣстить въ сторону, но потомъ она попала въ подкрыль цовую впадину. Авторъ ее перерѣзалъ между двумя лигатурами и извлекъ плодъ. По поводу случая rupturae uteri completae sub partu съ исходомъ въ выздоровленіе. Авторъ былъ позванъ къ роженицѣ, 26 лѣтъ, раньше 4 раза разрѣшавшейся благополучно.
