Abstract
Sugar refinery's clarification pH value is important indicator of sugar production process, clarification has characteristics of strong nonlinear, time-varying and multiple-input, multiple disturbances. Inspired by adding lime milk according to the proportion of sugarcane juice flow in actual production of sugar factory, This paper uses the control algorithm which combines with feed forward control algorithm and fuzzy PI control algorithm for press and adding lime milk pH value of sugar factory's clarification. In this way, the control system will both have the nonlinear adjustment ability of fuzzy-PI control algorithm and the resist disturbance ability of feed-forward control. Simulation results indicate that the control algorithm is not only with accuracy but also with better robustness on sugar cane juice flow disturbance.
