Abstract

Social systems are complex and not clearly defined processes, not well suited for classical modeling techniques. The possibilities of fuzzy logic models to represent interactions between social variables are explored in this paper. A methodology to obtain such a model is presented and a theoretical model of a production process, with a strong work force component, is outlined. Experimental results from a very simple case study are reported.
