Abstract
In this article, we introduce *-fuzzy ideals of a distributive demi-p-algebra and its properties. We show that every *-fuzzy ideals of distributive demi-p-algebra L are precisely the kernels of the fuzzy congruences Θ on L if and only if its quotient is a Boolean algebra. Also we prove that the set of *-fuzzy ideals forms a complete Heyting algebra.
