Abstract
This paper describes a fuzzy explanation system for a regional socioeconomic simulation model. By use of this system, the data with specified characteristics of changes can be retrieved from various simulation results through human's fuzzy language and analysed easily based on defined causal analysis frame. The analysed results can be generated flexibly through proper explanatory statements fitted in with the data by means of natural language. Some of the explanation examples are presented.
