Abstract

Performance evaluation of secondary equipment in smart substation plays an important role in the substation monitoring system optimization and substation configuration description (SCD) files visualization improvement. Based on the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper proposes the evaluation and analysis way for secondary equipment in smart substation. Firstly, visualization accuracy, SCD comparison accuracy, warming and others indicators are chosen according to expert opinion. Then the performance evaluation index system of substation secondary equipment is established. Secondly, the indicator weight is determined by the entropy weight and expert ranking methods. The equipment effectiveness is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive calculation. Finally the final security grades are obtained to evaluate the secondary equipment of smart substation. The effectiveness of the method possesses are verified by the results of evaluation on secondary equipment in smart substation. The results provide important reference opinion for the optimization of smart substation as well.
