Abstract

The problem of controlling the annealing temperature of transformer steel into bell-type electric furnaces observed. In order to stabilize the temperature the use of an adaptive fuzzy controller is proposed, which includes a multi-position (MPC) and a pulse-width (PWC) controllers. The principles of the rules' formation for controllers suggested. The problem of parametric adaptation and the formation of the membership function solved. The advantages of the proposed controller compared to existing control system shown.
