Abstract

Biomass fuel havee advantages of low pollution and renewability, and biomass circulating fluidized bed has advantages of strong fuel adaptability, strong load regulation ability and low cost, so biomass circulating fluidized bed has attracted wide attention. However, the thermal process of biomass circulating fluidized bed's combustion system has characteristics of large inertia, large delay, non-linearity and strong coupling. It is difficult to achieve good control effect by using conventional PID control. Therefore, a fuzzy adaptive PID controller based on decoupling principle is adopted to improve the control performance of biomass circulating fluidized bed under load variation. The simulation result of Matlab/Simulink shows that the controller can realize the decoupling between the boiler bed temperature and the main steam pressure during the combustion process, and the anti-interference ability and stability of the bed temperature and the main steam pressure loop control are significantly improved.
