Abstract
This chapter will extensively examine the future of oil and gas disputes within major oil and gas producing countries. It will highlight and explain the evolution of the global energy market and explore the latest trends of it. Moreover, the trends in dispute resolution in the oil and gas sector will be explored and examined and the problems will be highlighted. Furthermore, the potential increase role of alternative dispute resolution, employed by major oil and gas nations will be examined. News tools for oil and gas disputes will be suggested with an insight into its workings in the oil and gas sectors of countries. Both corruption and environmental and human awareness, will be examined and discussed in detail within this chapter and will show how these two factors are currently limiting the oil and gas industries within some countries.
