Abstract
In the manufacture information capture system of discrete manufacturing, because of the difference of equipment performance, there is a big difference between the detection data of multiple sensors for the same production information, which directly affects the reliability of manufacturing execution system. In this paper, a data fusion algorithm of discrete manufacturing detection based on fractional order differential operator is proposed, and a data fusion model of discrete manufacturing detection based on fractional order differential operator is established. The application of 0.5 order differential operator in the data fusion of lathe energy consumption detection proves the superiority of fractional order differential fusion algorithm. The experimental results show that the fractional differential operator has the advantages of real-time and good fusion effect in the production information fusion processing of discrete manufacturing online detection, and can improve the reliability of discrete manufacturing system.
