Abstract

This paper focuses on the design and development of a Hadoop-based enterprise knowledge management system. First, starting from the origin and related concepts of knowledge management, it explores the current research status of enterprise knowledge management at home and abroad, analyzes the bottleneck problems of the existing enterprise knowledge management system, and aims at non-existing enterprise knowledge management systems. Structured enterprise knowledge storage is difficult. Through the distributed file system HDFS and the MapReduce computing model, it provides a consistent data storage and business access interface to the outside world, and realizes unified management and parallel retrieval of massive teaching resources. Considering the characteristics of matrix block and the computing advantages of parallel framework, a parallel scheme of matrix block multiplication is designed. The focus is on the principle of crawler for collecting enterprise knowledge and HBase as knowledge storage, and the retrieval model and the mining models required to mine enterprise knowledge are elaborated.
