Abstract
This book consists of three articles: one in French by Wimmer and Neel on muscular atrophies in chronic encephalitis; one in English by Wimmer on epilepsy in chronic encephalitis, and one in German by Wimmer on psychotic syndromes in the same disease. Each article is a carefully elaborated monograph and based on thorough study of an unusually large material as well as on the available literature. This small book is a valuable supplement to the large one by Wimmer entitled "Chronic Epidemic Encephalitis," which appeared in 1924.
