Abstract

1. 1. Activities stimulatory to PMN Superoxide generation and chemotactic function were present in two separate gel Chromatographie fractions of AFH-S and were designated AFH-S1 (500 kD) and AFH-S2 (38 kD). 2. 2. Characterization studies of these activities revealed physiologic and phamacologic characteristics dissimilar to those of other previously studied chemoattractants such as bacterial peptide FMLP.
