Abstract
This paper has two purposes. One is to establish new stability criteria for linear systems with multiple time-varying/constant delays, and the other is to point out the limitations of the author's previous results. The stability criteria, including delay-dependent and delay-independent ones, are derived by using both time-domain and frequency-domain techniques. All of the established stability criteria are given in the form of linear matrix inequality problems, including only one tuning parameter matrix P>0∈Rn×n.
