Abstract

In the recent article by Washburn et al. entitled "Survey of Public Attitudes Towards Imminent Death Donation in the United States"1 , the authors highlight promising results from a national survey that suggest the general public's likely support and acceptance of the practice of Imminent Death Donation (IDD), while also finding little to no concern about the implementation of IDD affecting the public's level of trust in the practice of organ donation.
