Abstract
AbstractDie Filterkuchenwaschung ist ein Prozess zur Verbesserung der Qualität eines dispersen Feststoffs oder Erhöhung der Ausbeute an gelösten Wertstoffen während der Fest/Flüssig‐Trennung. Ziel hierbei ist es, die mit einer gelösten Substanz beladene Porenflüssigkeit durch eine möglichst reine Porenflüssigkeit auszutauschen. Als Waschmedien werden die reine Mutterflüssigkeit, eine zweite reine Flüssigkeit oder ein bei Prozessbedingungen kondensierbarer Dampf eingesetzt.
