Abstract
In recent years, the Deep Energy Method defines a loss function based on the energy minimization principle and obtains approximate solutions to partial differential equations using deep learning techniques. This method has been developed and applied to the plate with a circular hole problem and the two-dimensional fracture mechanics analysis. In this paper, we investigated a method to predict the displacement field from displacement information of several points in the computational domain based on the concept of the Deep Energy Method. Compared with the result of the finite element analysis of the x and y directions, the total absolute errors of the predicted displacement field were 5.24% and 2.15%, respectively.
