Abstract
In this paper the fundamental solutions and boundary integral equations for Reissner's plates on a two parameter foundation are presented. The construction of the fundamental solutions and the numerical treatment of the boundary integral equations are described in detail. Some numerical examples are studied to demonstrate the correctness and accuracy of the formulation presented.
