Fundamental constants: their relationship and measurement

Abstract

The accepted values of the fundamental atomic constants are largely based on indirect measurements rather than those of the constants themselves. Certain relations lead to quantities which can be evaluated with high precision and the use of selected measurements of this sort gives the values of the constants as we know them today.
