Abstract
The purpose of this review is to present an overview of the various preventive measures introduced by the bodies dealing with intellectual property protection with the aim of maintaining the continuity of proceedings regarding industrial property during COVID-19 pandemic. Author presents actions taken by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), European Patent Office (EPO) and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
