Abstract
In the paper the analysis of regulatory and legislative capacity on state secrets security as part of the national security of Ukraine against real and potential threats in the information sphere. Detailed considered regulating the content and definition of state secrets security system, given its generic definition. Research of the basic elements and sub-levels of the system of state secrets security to build its organizational and legal structure, establishment and legal theory and practice-production principles defining its objectives and purpose. The listed orders provide state secrets security, which are part of a single overall order – secrecy. The existing organizational, legal, engineering, cryptographic and operational-search measures to secure state secrets were presented.
