Abstract

Families of military personnel are regarded as one of the vulnerable systems, due to a number of factors that garrison life implies. However, recently, the special military operation has put off a huge imprint on the functioning of such families and turned most families’ lives upside down. The article offers the authors’ point of view on understanding solutions to the problems faced by families and the risk of minimizing them, as to date, little attention has been paid to the issue of providing assistance to families of military personnel and mobilized citizens in the context of a local military conflict.
