Abstract
As a result of the research, the recipe and technology for obtaining a functional tonic drink containing narrowleaved cypress leaves, buckthorn sea buckthorn fruits, Jerusalem artichoke tubers and licorice roots were developed for the first time. Created the product possesses curative-prophylactic and dietetic properties.
