Abstract

In recent years, the Cyber-Physical system has received extensive attention from the academic community. As a working machine for high-end intelligent manufacturing, CNC machine tools have undoubtedly played a supporting role in Cyber-Physical Production Systems. Therefore, the development of cyber physics CNC machine tools (CMPT) and cyber physics control systems (CMPTS) has become an important direction for the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry. The security problems and protective measures it faces are increasingly becoming the focus of research in the field. The security of CPMTS is mainly divided into functional safety and information security. This paper proposes a functional safety evaluation method combining information security, and constructs a BCCPMTS framework that integrates blockchain technology, which provides a new idea for establishing a safe and robust CPS.
