Abstract

Purpose: The Living Lobar Transplant (LLT) procedure was pioneered at the University of Southern California (USC) to meet a growing need for lung transplantation. The purpose of this retrospective case-series study was to compare acute physical therapy (PT) functional outcomes of LLT vs. cadaveric double lung transplant (DLT) recipients over a six year period at USC University Hospital.
