Abstract
The texture of piano keys made of traditional materials is too rough, resulting in poor feel and sound quality when playing. In this article, the performance of piano keys is improved by adding functional nano-silica composites. Functional nano-silica composites were prepared by water glass method and gas phase method. It is found that the functional nano-silica composites have good mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, and wear resistance. In this article, the acoustic test of functional nano-silica composites and traditional plastic keys is carried out. It is found that the longer the delay time, the better the performance.
