Abstract

The quality of a product is determined by the extent of suitability and the proportionality of the actual properties of the fabric with the requirements of use and the suitability of the job for which it was produced. The functional suitability is determined according to a careful study of the nature and conditions of use, and medical textile products must have quality standards that provide safety for patients and medical workers and the evaluation of medical textile products and their functional performance. According to specific specifications and conditions. Many obstacles hinder medical workers from nurses and doctors, in using medical clothing. These include a decrease in the quality of some of the materials used and the inadequacy of colors and design to the nature of work. The study aimed to: identify the obstacles that hinder workers in the field Medical when using medical clothing, identifying the standards for medical clothing and the methods used when choosing clothes for the target group, given that there is an effect of clothing in raising the psychological state of doctors and the nursing staff, which positively affects the performance of pain Important job well and raise the job efficiency as the medical workers spend long hours wearing this type of clothing. One of the most important objectives of the research is to provide proposed clothing design solutions that meet the needs of the research category in terms of functionality and aesthetics. Methodology: The research followed the experimental approach to measure the impact of the proposed design solutions on the needs of the research sample functionally and aesthetically than other traditional clothes. A form was designed to evaluate the proposed design solutions by the target group, which consisted of (13 doctors, 15 doctors, 15 paramedics, 39 of Nursing staff), and work inside the Assiut University Hospital. Results: Among the most important findings of the research are the presence of statistically significant differences between the proposed design solutions and the current designs in terms of achieving the functional and aesthetic aspect in favor of the proposed design solutions to suit the target group (doctors and nursing staff)
