Abstract
Abstract: This Special Issue will cover the recent radiation chemistry of chitosan (CS) and the attempts that researchers have made to prepare a plethora of derivatives for diverse synthetic applications. The cutting-edge science carried out by experts regarding the gamma-radiation-induced synthesis methods, types of monomers used for grafting the CS, and enhanced properties of the new organic compounds are provided here.
